Do I need a gym membership?
For online programming, no. Bodyweight and minimal-equipment programming is part of the menu, and we can write a plan around what you actually have. Hybrid sessions usually run at Planet Fitness, but a home gym, garage, or shared space also works.
I'm out of shape. Is this for me?
Yes. The starting point is wherever you are. The first month is about consistency at a level you can actually sustain, not about hitting an arbitrary number. Week 1 might be three short walks. That counts.
What happens if I miss a week?
A missed week is data. The first thing we look at in the next check-in is what got in the way - schedule, energy, life, or just resistance. We adjust the plan from there. You don't owe anybody an apology.
How is this different from a typical 12-week program?
A 12-week program is a finite sprint with a fixed endpoint. This is a practice you build with, week by week. The check-in is the engine: each week tests a small hypothesis, you keep what works, and the plan evolves with you instead of being handed down once and abandoned.
Do you provide meal plans?
Not the kind that hands you seven days of recipes. You'll get nourishment guidance shaped to what you actually eat and the schedule you actually have. The food journal is the tool we use to find leverage points, without prescribing a meal-by-meal script.
How does the sliding scale work?
The published rates are a starting point. During the consultation, we talk through what's sustainable for you. The goal is for the work to keep happening without becoming another stressor. The rate we land on is the rate.
Can I do this if I have an injury or a health condition?
Often, yes - depending on the condition. The plan gets built around what your body can do right now, and we work with (not against) what your doctor or PT has told you. Mention it in the consultation and we'll talk through whether this is the right fit.
How much communication is there between sessions?
It depends on the tier. Together is lighter-touch by design. Personalized and Hybrid include weekly check-ins, movement reviews on video, and text/voice exchanges through the week. The right cadence for you is part of what the consultation figures out.
What if I want to pause?
You can. Coaching is month-to-month with no cancellation hoops. If life happens, we pause. When you come back, we pick up from where you actually are - not where the plan said you'd be.
How do I start?
The first conversation is free. Book a consultation, we talk for 30 to 45 minutes about your goals, your starting point, and what a real week of this could look like for you. If it's a fit, we pick a tier together. If it's not, no pressure.
