Bring

You don't need much.

  • A sense of what's been working and what hasn't
  • One or two things you'd actually like to change
  • Questions: the more direct, the better

If you've been training or tracking nutrition already, bring whatever data you have. If you haven't, the consultation itself is the starting line.
