The Vision

A holistic, well-rounded approach.

Body Alchemy is being built as a hub for everything wellness - nourishment, movement, and lifestyle as one connected practice. It starts with movement as the modality of medicine and ultimately becomes a way to change our lives from the inside out.

The way monks think about martial arts is the way we think about training here: a discipline meant to help us filter, move through, and even change our lives.

Where it's going

From one-on-one to a community.

Right now most of the work is one-on-one - sessions, programming, weekly check-ins. The bigger vision is a membership: unlimited classes, a daily group session, at least one weekly coaching block to focus on what needs the most attention that week.

The monthly plan keeps the long view. The weekly check-in keeps the present moment honest.

The Method

Behavioral science, not magic.

Most of us have been taught a lot of things against our natural rhythm. The work here is to gather data, treat ourselves like a real experiment, and apply the scientific method to our own lives.

How a typical first month moves

Week 1 - Hypothesis. Affirm consistent action. Hit the gym 3×. Start a food journal. The goal isn't perfection; it's the data.

Week 2 - Consistency. Same 3×, now with a structure (1 upper, 1 lower, 1 full body). Keep recording.

Week 3 - Validation. Narrow the focus. Check in with your nervous system. Coast where coasting serves. Double down where it's safe to.

Week 4 - Mission. Reaffirm self-concept. Build a mission statement from what you've actually lived. Lived proof beats borrowed conviction.
