Programming you can do - upper, lower, full body - that meets you where you are and grows with you.

Rest, rhythm, ritual. The unglamorous structure that makes the rest of it sustainable.
Philosophy
It's the catalyst - the doorway into the rest of it. The way monks think about martial arts is the way we think about training: a discipline that helps us filter, move through, and even change our lives.
This is a practice you build with, week by week, until it becomes the way you live. Twelve-week programs end. Practices keep going.
Week 1. Hit the gym 3×. Start a food journal. Gather data.
Week 2. Same 3×, but specific - 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 full body. Keep recording.
Week 3. Narrow the focus. Validate what's working for your nervous system.
Week 4. Mission statement. Reaffirm what you've learned about yourself. Build on it.
